The founder Gennaro soon brought his sons Carmine and Giuseppe into the fast-growing company, buying 10,000 square metres of land in Eboli, on the fertile Sele Plain in the province of Salerno, on which he constructed a building of about 7000 square metres. In order to meet market demands, F.lli Napolitano also uses external suppliers in qualified supply chains, with about 50 hectares of greenhouses. All of the crops are strictly controlled by the company’s agronomist, who guarantees the quality of the products in accordance with current regulations and authorises the commercialisation of the same.
